  On the 1st inst., at Maeslough Castle, South Wales, after a severe an protracted illness, Walter Wilkins, Esq., in the 54th year of his age.   Those who had the happiness to be known to him will have to deplore the loss of a dear and excellent friend - the tenantry a kind landlord - the domestics a generous master: by all he was beloved - by all his death will be deeply and sincerely lamented.
