MR. T.A. FAIRHURST AND MISS WILLS

At St. Mary's Church, Chilton Foliat, Wiltshire, yesterday, the marriage took place of Mr. Thomas Ansell Fairhurst, Life Guards, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Fairhurst, of Arlington Manor, Newbury, and Miss Barbara Joan de Winton Wills, daughter of Sir Ernest and Lady Wills, of Littlecote.   The service was conducted by the Bishop of Bath and Wells, Bishop Hamilton Baynes, and the Rev. Arthur Helps.
Miss Wills, who was given away by her father, wore a
dress of white satin, embroidered with pearls, with a full Court train of silver tissue, draped with old Brussels lace.   Her train was carried by two pages - Master Antony Prioleau and Master John Kyffin - who wore scarlet velvet breeches with white crepe de Chine shirts and buckle shoes.   The bridesmaids included Miss Cripps, Miss Ann Vachell, Miss Susan Kyffin, Miss Jane Kyffin, and Miss Susan Pearce, and they wore white georgette, trimmed with fur, over silver tissue.
The best man was Mr. A. H. Pepys, Royal Dragoons.
