The wedding took place quietly at St. Barnabas's Church, Burnmoor, yesterday, of Miss Sybil Clark Thompson, daughter of Mr. R. C. Thompson, J. P., Morton House, Fence Houses, and Mr. William Haggie, son of the late D. H. Haggie and Mrs. Haggie, Daleside, Harrogate. The bride was given away by her father. The bride was attended by the following bridesmaids: Miss Thompson, sister of the bride, Miss K. Main, Glasgow, Misses Joan and Rachael Thompson, sisters of the bride, Miss Joan Haggie, niece of the bridegroom, and Miss Millicent Parrington, niece of the bride. Mr. George Boyd of Paisley acted as best man. The honeymoon will be spent in London and Devonshire.
