  On the 23rd Nov., at Hillside, Cotham, Bristol, after a few days' severe illness Henry Overton Wills, Esq., J.P., aged 71, deeply lamented.   Friends will please accept this intimation.

Wills, Henry Overton, The will with two Codicils of Henry Overton Wills, late of the City of Bristol, Tobacco and Snuff Manufacturer, who died 23 November 1871, at 3 Hillside Cothom, in the said City, was proved at Bristol, by Mary Wills, of 3 Hillside, Widow, the Relict, Henry Overton Wills, of Red Cliff-street, Bristol, Tobacco and Snuff Manufacturer, and Samuel Wills, of Castle Green, Bristol, Oil Merchant, the sons, William Sommerville. of Bitton Hill, in the County of Gloucester, Esquire, and Wiliam Terrell of the Welsh Bank, Bristol, Esquire, the Executors.
