George Bannatyne Wymer           1839-1908 George was born about 1839, the son of General Sir George Petre Wymer, K.C.B., and Emily Crespigny Hinde, in India. He married Florence Marion Bright Smith. George had joined the East India Company army as a cadet. By 1874 the family was living at Itchen Abbas, and by 1878 at Sheerness. By 1881 they were at 33 The Common, Woolwich, where he was a captain, retired. He finally made major. Florence Marion Bright Smith     1849-1924 Florence was born about 1849, the daughter of George Augustus Bright Smith and Lydia Adelina Ellen Williams, in London. When Florence died she was of Emperor's Gate, South Kensington. I have identified the following children.
