William Cleasby Milburn 1902-1982
William Cleasby was born 2 September 1902. After attending the Silksworth Infants School, he was enrolled at Silksworth Council Mixed School on 9 January 1911. He finished school on 30 August 1916, having attained the age of 14. He became a policeman in Rochdale, Lancashire. In 1932, at age 30, he married Dorothy Hill. After her death, he married Hilda Seddon.

Dorothy was born about 1904, the daughter of Robert Edward Hill and Harriette Fewtrell, in Rochdale, Lancashire. She died at age 46, in 1951.

It appears that they had no children.
