Sir William Charles (van) Keppel, P.C., G.C.H., Baronet, 4th Viscount Bury, 4th Earl of Albemarle, 4th Baron Ashford, Master of the Buckhounds, Master of the Horse. He was 4th in line of descent from HM King Charles II.
His Lordship was born on 14 May 1772, the son of General Sir George Keppel, 3rd Earl of Albemarle and Anne Miller. He married Hon. Elizabeth Southwell, daughter of Edward Southwell, Lord de Clifford. He acquired an Irish estate, De Clifford estate, county Down, through his marriage to Elizabeth, This estate was sold in 1834.

Charlotte was born on 20 September 1774, the daughter of Sir Henry Hunloke, 4th Bt. and Margaret Coke, at Wingerworth, Derbyshire. She gained the title of Countess of Albemarle upon her marriage.
I have not identified any children.
