We have to announce the death of the Earl of Wicklow, which occurred at his residence, Shelton Abbey, Arklow, at 4 o'clock yesterday morning.   His decease was quite unexpected, and no medical man was in attendance at the time.   Cecil Ralph Howard, the sixth Earl of Wicklow, Viscount Wicklow, and Baron Clonmore, was the son of the late Hon. and Rev. Wingfield, of Fairy-hill, Bray.   He succeeded his brother in the title in 1881, and is succeeded by his son by his first marriage, Ralph Francis, Lord Clonmore, who was born at Southsea in 1877.
