Fulke Rosavo Radice                           1888-1987
Fulke Rosavo Radice, C.B.E., M.A. (OXON) was born on 8 February 1888, the youngest son of Alberto Hampden Radice and Adele Visetti, of Thistleborough, Co. Antrim, and of Naples His grandfather was the patriot Colonel Evasio Radice, of the Sardinian Army, who was Professor of Italian 1824-49.

CAPTAIN F. R. RADICE AND MISS SPECK

  The marriage took place yesterday, at St. Paul's Church, Bedford, of Captain Fulke Rosavo Radice, the London Regiment, youngest son of the late Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Radice, of Thistleborough, Co. Antrim, and of Naples, and Miss Katherine Stella Mary Speck, formerly of the Queen Alexandra Imperial Military Nursing Service, younger daughter of Cannon Jocelyn H. Speck, vicar of St. Paul's, Bedford, and Mrs. Speck.
  The bride  was  given  away  by  her  uncle,  Lieutenant
Norman Dalrymple, and wore a dress of ivory satin, with panels of tulle and silver, surcoat of silver brocade and tissue, and Court train trimmed with white fur.   She wore a veil of Brussels lace, and carried a sheaf of Harrisli Lilies.
  The bridesmaids were Miss Adele Radice (bridegroom's niece), Miss Margaret Colquhoun, and Miss Sheila Mallam, and the two little trainbearers were the Misses Jean and Airlie Dalrymple (cousins of the bride.)
  The ceremony was performed by the bride's father, and the best man was Lieutenant-Colonel A. H. Radice, South Wales Borderers, brother of the bridegroom.

NEW VICE-DIRECTOR OF
POSTAL UNION

  Mr. Fulke Radice, principal, Post Office headquarters, has been appointed vice-director of the international bureau of the Universal Postal Union, and is taking up his duties in Berne at the end of January.   He was chief of the British secretariat at the congress of the Universal Postal Union held at London in 1929, and has since been concerned with other international conferences.
