Leonard Harrison 1838- (2nd Husband)

Leonard was born 5 November 1838, the son of Ralph Harrison and Jane Leonard, in Shincliffe Grange, in the Township of Shincliffe, which is just south east of the city of Durham. He was a joiner, a master well sinker, and later became a coal miner. He was 29 years old when he married Ellen Bewick on 3 August 1868, in St. Hilda's Parish Church,

Hartlepool. At the time of their marriage, Ellen and Leonard both resided on Railway Terrace, Hartlepool. They resided on Gowland Terrace, in the Village of Wheatley Hill on 6 April 1891. They resided at Third Row, Horden Colliery, in December 1903.
