Naval And Military Intelligence
  Col. Thomas Le Marchant, youngest son of the late Major-General Le Marchant, died at Harrogate a few days since his 62d year.   Col. Le Marchant, who served for many years with the 7th (the Princess Royal's) Regiment of Dragoon Guards, and was afterwards employed as Assistant Military Secretary at Nova Scotia, obtained his commission as Cornet in 1827, and became Lieutenant in 1830, Captain in 1834, Major in 1843, Lieutenant-Colonel in 1854, and Colonel in 1858.
