Thomas Armstrong 1889-1972 Thomas was born on 21 July 1889, the son of Ralph Armstrong and Annie Maud Knight, at Haswell Moor, County Durham. He is pictured here in the regalia of The Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes. He served as a sergeant in the British Army, probably during World War I, and possibly also in South Africa. Fanny Jacomb 1888-1973 Fanny was born on 7 September 1888, the daughter of William Jacomb and Eliza Mary Pugh, at Trimdon, County Durham. I have identified the following children. |
