I give all my real and personal affects and estate whatsoever and wheresoever to my dear wife, Sarah Elizabeth, her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, absolutely.

Dated at Sunderland, in the County of Durham, this first day of March, one thousand eight hundred and seventy.

On the 19th day of April 1911 Probate of this will, with one Codicil, was granted at Durham to Sarah Elizabeth Culliford, and according to the tenor of the said will and Codicil, Viginti Tertius Thompson, the Executors.
