I, OLIVE BARBAR TANNER, formerly of 52 Pont Street, in the County of London, but now of the Tudor Court Hotel, Cromwell Road, in the County of London, Widow, HEREBY REVOKE all former testamentary dispositions heretofore made by me, and declare this to be my last will, which I make this Twelfth of April one thousand nine hundred and fifty-one.

  1. I Appoint Anthony North Hickley, of 10 Kings Bench, Walk Temple, in the city of London, solicitor, and my son, William Marcus Rudolph Grischotti, (hereinafter called "my Trustees") to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will.

  2. I DESIRE that my body be cremated.

  3. I BEQUEATH the following specific articles:

    1. To my son Herbert Barry Watson, the Miniatures of his father.

    2. To my daughter Olive Sylvia Macleod, my White and Gold China Tea-Service, given to me by my mother, any Silver of mine, which she may have in her possession at the date of my death, and all my clothing, furs, and household linen.

    3. To my said son William Marcus Rudolph Grischotti, my Badge brooch of the 1st K.S.L.I.

  4. I DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all my real and personal estate not hereby or by any Codicil hereto otherwise specifically disposed of, Unto my Trustees UPON TRUST that my Trustees shall sell, call in, collect, and convert into money my said real and personal estate, with power to postpone such sale, and conversion for such a period a time as my Trustees, without being liable to account, may think proper.

  5. My Trustees shall, out of the money to arise from the sale and conversion of my said real and personal estate, and out of my ready money, pay my funeral and testamentary expenses, death duties payable out of capital on my death, and not charged on or primarily payable out of other property, and my debts, except mortgage debts (if any) on property specifically devised or bequeathed which, under the Administration of Estates Act 1925, are to be paid primarily out of the property charged therewith, and shall also pay or provide for the legacies and annuities hereby, or by any Codicil hereto bequeathed, but so that all legacies and annuities, and the duty on all legacies and annuities bequeathed free of duty, shall be paid primarily out of my personal estate, and my Trustees shall hold the residue of such moneys, after payment thereout as aforesaid UPON TRUST for my two sons, the said William Marcus Rudolph Grischotti, and James Anthony Rudolph Grischotti, absolutely in equal shares PROVIDED that if any such son shall have died in my lifetime, whether before or after the date of this my Will, leaving issue, living at my death, such issue, as and when they attain the age of twenty-one years, or being daughters attain that age or marry under that age, shall take by substitution, and if more than one, in equal shares, per stirpes the share of my residuary estate that such deceased son of mine would have taken, had he survived me.

  6. IF the trusts of any such share as aforesaid shall fail, by reason of no person attaining a vested interest therein under such trusts, then I DIRECT that (subject to the trusts powers and provisions herein contained, or which may be applicable thereto by statute) the said share shall accrue and be held as an accretion to the other share the trusts whereof shall not at the time of such accruer have failed and upon the trusts powers and provisions applicable thereto accordingly.

  7. I RELEASE my said son James Anthony Rudolph Grischotti from any legal liability to pay the sum of 500 pounds, loaned by me to him, on or about the Eighth day of September one thousand nine hundred and forty nine, or any part of such sum which may be still due from him at the date of my death, but such sum as aforesaid shall be brought into account as against him and also as against all persons interested in his share in my residuary estate.

  8. The said Anthony North Hickley, or any trustee for the time being hereof being a solicitor or other person engaged in any profession or business may be so employed or act and shall be entitled to charge and be paid all professional or other charges for any business or act done by him or his firm in connection with the trusts could have done personally.

IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand the day and year first above written. -
