OBITUARY
  We have to announce the death of Mr. Philip Albert Myburgh, Q.C., which took place on Monday night at his residence, Queen's Gate Gardens, after a few days illness.   Mr. Myburgh was the fifth son of Mr. F. G. Myburgh, of the Cape of Good Hope Civil Service, and was born in 1841.   He was educated at the London University, where he graduated B.A.   Called to the Bar at the Inner Temple in November, 1862, he joioned the Northern Circuit and was created a Queen's Council in 1882.   Mr. Myburgh was a bencher of his Inn.   He had ceased to go on the Northern Circuit for some years past, and had, of late almost exclusively confined his practice to the Adniralty Court, wherein he had a large and lucrative business.
