  VICARS - On the 7th Feb., 1918, at a nursing home in Eastbourne, after an operation, Edward Foster Vicars, beloved husband of Maud Ethel Vicars, and only son of the late Major-General Edward Vicars, Royal Engineers.   Funeral on Monday at St. Peter's Church, at 2 o'clock.   No flowers.
