Thomas Weatheritt 1841-1906

Thomas was born on 13 July 1841, the son of John Weatheritt and Rachael Paulin, at Harehope, near Eglingham, Northumberland. He first married Elizabeth Pringle, who died in 1884 after giving him five children. He then married Isabel Suthren in 1886. She died, childless, in 1892.
And finally, he married Kate Emily Thompson in 1897.

Kate Emily Thompson was born 22 April 1859, the daughter of John Thompson and Harriet Johnson, of Monkwearmouth. She was 38 years old when she married Thomas Weatheritt on 11 September 1897. They lived in Newcastle upon Tyne. After the death of Thomas in 1906, Kate and son John stayed on there until about 1908, when they moved to Sunderland. Family legend says that after the war, they moved to 6 Crammore Way, Muswell Hill, London. She died 12 October 1930, and was buried at All Saints Cemetery, Newcastle upon Tyne, 16 October 1930.
