The Times, Tuesday, Dec 12, 1905               OBITUARIES
  A Reuter telegram from Colombo of yesterday's date, states that Lady Rawson, wife of Admiral Sir Harry Rawson, the Governor of New South Wales, who was accompanying her husband to Sydney, died on board the Orient-Pacific liner Ormuz in the Red sea on the 3rd inst.   Lady Rawson, who was a daughter of Mr. John R Shaw, of Arrowe-park, Cheshire, married Sir Harry Rawson in 1871.

  RAWSON.- On the 3rd Nov., 1910, in London, Admiral Sir Harry Holdsworth Rawson, G.C.B., G.C.M.G., aged 66. Funeral at 2.45 p.m. on Tuesday, 8th, Bracknell. Saloon carriages will be attached to the 1.7 train from Waterloo (loop line), returning from Bracknell at 4.16.
