(2nd) Baron Dulverton                         1915-1992
The Right Hon. Sir Frederick Anthony Hamilton Wills, CBE, TD, (2nd) Baron Dulverton of Batsford, in the county of Gloucester, was born on 19 December 1915, the first son of Sir Gilbert Alan Hamilton Wills and Victoria May Chichester, London. He was educated at Eton and Magdalen College, Oxford, where he took his MA and where he became Waynflete fellow in 1982.
He first married Judith Betty Leslie-Melville. After a divorce in 1961, he married Ruth Violet Mary Farquhar.

MISS LESLIE MELVILLE

    Owing to the international situation, the marriage took place quietly on Saturday in St. Andrews cathedral, Inverness, of the Hon. Frederick Anthony Hamilton Wills, eldest son of Lord and Lady Dulverton, and Miss Judith Betty Leslie Melville, eldest daughter of the Hon. Ian and Mrs. Leslie Melville.     The Bishop of Moray, Ross, and Caithness (Primus of the Scottish Episcopal Church) officiated, assisted by the Very Rev. A. A. D. Mackenzie, Provost of Inverness Cathedral.
    The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a brown two-piece suit.     There were no bridesmaids.     The Hon. E. R. H. Wills (brother of the bridegroom) was best man.
    A reception was afterwards held in the Ststion Hotel by the Hon. Mrs. Leslie Melville.

Ruth was born on 1 February 1910 the daughter of Sir Walter Randolph Fitzroy Farquhar, 5th Bt. and Violet Maud Corkran. She was first married to Major Richard Gennys Fanshawe. They were divorced in 1961.

  Lord Dulverton, head of the Wills Cigarette family, has died, aged 76.   Lord Dulverton, of Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire, had surgery in Cheltingham General hospital during the weekend.   He died on Monday.
