MR. E. H. RADICE

  The death on the 18th inst., of Mr. Evasio Hampden Radice, C.I.E., Acting Commissioner of the Lucknow Division, is reported from Nainital, the summer headquarters of the United Provinces Government.
  Mr. Radice, who had completed his 43rd year a week before his death, was the eldest son of Mr. A. H. Radice,
of Ballydingham, county Armagh, and was educated at Bedford School and University College, Oxford.   He entered the Indian Civil Service in 1887 and was posted to the United Provinces, where he served uninterruptedly, reaching the grade of district collector in 1897.   He did especially good service in charge of the Benares district, and while there was given the decoration of Companion of the Order of the Indian Empire.
