Alexander Hill Kennedy Lamb 1852

Alexander was born on 9 November 1852, the son of Alexander Hill Lamb and Isabella Lee Laing, at Low Walker, Northumberland.
Alexander was a Marine Engineer on ships which sailed to New Zealand around 1876. Alexander brought his family out to New Zealand in November 1903 on the ship "Rimutaka". He settled in Timaru, located in the Canterbury region on the east coast of New Zealand's South Island
